3. Types and Uses of Collected Information. Our apps don’t collect, store or use any data from you or from your device (this includes any Personal or Non-Personal Identifiable Information), except the one you input (IP, Port Number, Alias, Service Name and Employee PIN) in order to login and commercial information from our customers (products, stores and sales) you request to be saved using the app buttons and to be shown in sales reports.
4. Use of the Camera. RCS Tools allows to use the camera only to scan barcodes. But this scan is executed only when you request it and it is your responsibility if you use the scanner for other purposes.
5. Release of Information. We never release information to other parties or do any kind of remarketing. You can use the SEND/RECEIVE feature to send your information by WhatsApp, Dropbox, Google Drive and email. But this sent is done only when you request it and it is your responsibility to whom you send it.
6. Children. Our apps are not directed to children. But it doesn’t contain nor has access to inappropriate content. Instead, our apps are strictly directed to our customers in order to provide them useful information about their business.

8. Security and ads. We don’t show ads in any of our apps except the lower slider from RCS Reports app, which shows news or contents related to our apps.

12.2 You agree that you are solely responsible for (and our company has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any data, content, or resources that you create, transmit or display through Android/iOS and/or applications for Android/iOS, and for the consequences of your actions (including any loss or damage) by doing so.
12.3 You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that our company has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the License Agreement, any applicable third party contract or Terms of Service, or any applicable law or regulation, and for the consequences (including any loss or damage any third party may suffer) of any such breach.
12.4 You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that our company has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any data lost, corruption, or any problem generated over your documents, data generated with our apps or any hardware or software damage.
13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
13.1 YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF OUR APPS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND FROM OUR COMPANY.
13.2 YOUR USE OF OUR APPS AND ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF OUR APPS IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM, MOBILE HARDWARE OR OTHER DEVICE OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM SUCH USE.
